What is the Manager Dashboard?
The Manager Dashboard is designed for managers to easily review travel data for their team. Managers are able to view two levels down in the reporting chain.
This dashboard is available to any user who is configured as the “Manager” of at least one other user at their company. This is determined by the TripActions user list, not any external HRIS system.
What data can a Manager view?
Dashboard - Shows travel spend for teams you manage and any teams your direct reports manage.
- Tabs are provided to view by Recent Bookings, Out of Policy, Active Travelers, and Upcoming Bookings.
Approvals - Manage any bookings that require approval.
Active Travelers - This includes an Active Traveler Map and data on traveler location and contact information.
Reports - Customize travel reports based on multiple variables.
Team - View information on members of the team you and your direct reports manage.

Across every page on the Manager Dashboard (except Approvals), a toggle is available to select data on the team you manage or the team your direct reports manage.
