How does the Namely HR integration work?

  • TripActions will pull the user list from Namely at midnight (12:00 AM PST) on a daily basis and will update the user list to mirror the synced fields in the Namely system.

  • Any user with a terminated or inactive employment status in your Namely system will be disabled in TripActions so they will no longer have access. 

  • The following fields will be mapped from Namely into TripActions User fields by default:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Department
    • Subsidiary
    • Email
    • Phone Number
    • Region
    • Title
    • Status
    • Manager

  • All other fields that are not mapped by Namely will not be set and will be left blank. The policy field in TripActions for new users will be listed as the default value: Default but can be updated later.

  • If you would like to update which Namely field passes into any of the following TripActions’ fields email your Customer Success Manager or launches@tripactions.com.
    • (Namely) (xxx) → (TripActions) Department
    • (Namely) (xxx) → (TripActions) Subsidiary
    • (Namely) (xxx) → (TripActions) Region
    • (Namely) (xxx) → (TripActions) Cost Center
