What does it mean to have full or partial Admin access on TripActions?

Partial admin rights on TripActions means granted access to specific Admin Dashboard tabs and functionality however without access to the Admin Dashboard Policy tab, Users tab, and Company Settings tab. This is mostly used to grant someone access/viewership to specific areas only based on their role and relation to your travel program. You can toggle on partial admin rights to specific users for one or all of the Admin tabs/functionalities below: 

  • Guest Invite Tool -- Typically this functionality is granted to recruiting teams that do not need full admin access but will use TripActions to manage guest invitations for candidates or other individuals outside of the company. 
    • Use Invite Guest for the ability to invite guests to book in TripActions outside of your company.
    • Use Manage Invitations for the ability to view and manage all invitations sent.

  • Admin Dashboard - Dashboard tab -- Typically this functionality is granted to finance teams or execs that do not need full admin access but can benefit from viewing travel expense trends and analytics.

  • Admin Dashboard - Active Travelers tab (duty of care) -- Typically this functionality is granted to high-level managers or office managers that do not need full admin access but can benefit from seeing when/where specific employees are traveling.
    • Live Map

  • Admin Dashboard - Reports tab -- Typically this functionality is granted to finance, payroll or accounting teams that do not need full admin access but can benefit from downloading the reports to reconcile expenses, track and review granular analytics for specific bookings/invoices, and review employee rewards earned.

    • Reconciliation tool 

Full admin rights on TripActions means granted access to the following tabs: 

  • Guest Invite Tool
    • Ability to invite guests to book in TripActions outside of your company.
    • Ability to view and manage all invitations sent.
