How can I give other users full or limited admin permissions?

You have two choices here - you can either provide someone with full admin permissions which allows them access to the entire administrative side of the platform or you can grant them access to only individual portions of your admin dashboard.  

Full Admin permissions:
  1. Click on the user's name in the User tab of the Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click on the gear icon to the right of their name. 
  3. Click "Grant Admin". 
  4. You can also revoke their admin permissions via this drop-down. 

Limited Admin permissions:

If you’d like to allow individual users to see only certain sections of the admin dashboard, you can go to the individuals' profile in the User tab of your Admin Dashboard.
  • Click on the user's name in the User tab of the Admin Dashboard.
  • Choose the "Settings" tab.
  • Toggle the permissions you’d like for them to have:
    • "Allow to invite guests for self-booking" - The invite guest feature for hiring managers, HR, and taking care of your board of directors.
    • "Allow to access Dashboard": Dashboard access for a high-level view of your savings patterns.
    • "Allow to access Live Map" Live Map and Traveler Report access for traveler visibility purposes.
    • "Allow to access Reports" Bookings, Invoice, Rewards, and Reconciliation tool access.
